All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and Goods and Services Tax (GST) will apply to all registrations.
A 10' x 10' standard draped booth including setup, 1 skirted table, a wastebasket, and two (2) padded chairs. The booth will be made up of an 8’ high back drape and two 3’ high side drapes (as pictured below).
Also included in the exhibitor package is two full conference passes. Lunch will be included all three days with coffee and snacks being served during meeting breaks. Happy hour on Wednesday, June 8th, 2022 includes light fare and drink tickets.

Booth carpeting, electricity, additional furnishings, telephone services, lighting inside the booth, transportation, warehousing before and after the conference, customs brokerage, janitorial services within the booth, special materials, material handling, transfer, set-up, and dismantling of equipment and lift services.

Exhibitors must ensure a fully staffed booth during show hours. Moving in or out or dismantling will not be permitted during conference hours. Any equipment movement must be approved and arranged by the event organizer once the conference opens.
Exhibitors will also be expected to keep all displays and equipment within their designated space and not in the aisles. Exhibitors are prohibited from employing any type of attraction that, in the opinion of the organizers detracts from the professional nature of the exhibitor showcase and conference.
Soliciting of business and/or distribution of samples and souvenirs must be confined to the exhibitor’s own space.
Signs must be professionally designed and constructed, lightweight, and in good taste. Your signs must not constitute a danger to visitors or infringe on other exhibitors.
